These terms govern your use of the JANA MEDS website and platform. By using the platform you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

1. What JANA MEDS is

JANA MEDS is a technology platform that connects customers with registered partner medical stores. JANA MEDS is not a pharmacy and does not stock, sell or dispense medicines. All medicines are supplied and dispensed by the partner pharmacy you select, which is solely responsible for the products it supplies and for complying with the laws applicable to it.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for activity carried out through your account.
• We may suspend or close an account that is used unlawfully, fraudulently or in breach of these terms.

3. Medicines and prescriptions

• Medicines marked as prescription-required are dispensed only against a valid prescription, reviewed by the partner pharmacy.
• Uploading a prescription is a request, not an approval to dispense.
• Information shown about a medicine is general reference information and is not medical advice. Always follow the guidance of a qualified healthcare professional.

4. Availability and pricing

Availability, price and delivery options are maintained by each partner pharmacy and may change. The partner pharmacy confirms availability when it reviews your order. Where an item is unavailable, the order or that item may be cancelled.

5. Orders

Placing an order creates a request to the selected partner pharmacy. The order is subject to the pharmacy's acceptance. Order status updates are shown in your account.

6. Partner pharmacies

• Partner stores must submit accurate business information and documents for verification.
• Listings, pricing and stock information published by a partner pharmacy must be accurate and lawful.
• Platform fees, commission and plan terms are as agreed during onboarding and are configurable by JANA MEDS.

7. Prohibited use

You may not misuse the platform, attempt to access data you are not authorised to see, scrape content, or use the platform to obtain medicines unlawfully.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, JANA MEDS is not liable for the acts or omissions of partner pharmacies, or for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the platform.

9. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and will publish the revised version on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at Kolkata, West Bengal having jurisdiction.
